Aim: to expand the involvement of Lebanese women in the business environment based on academic standards by establishing a training program for women leaders

 Main objectives:

1- To explore other areas of cooperation and coordination at all levels in order to facilitate women’s participation in the labor market, reduce unemployment rates, etc…

2- USEK will launch “She Leads’ on their campus in order to help women entrepreneurs develop their businesses through developing leadership skills and participating in boards of directors of private and public companies and institutions.
