Nisrine Barakeh is the Founder and Managing Director of AIM- Research and Consulting, a civil company that provides services to the humanitarian and development sector in Lebanon and the region.

Nisrine is an HR expert with 11 years of Human Resource experience both in the non-profit and the private sectors. She has visited and worked in more the 20 countries worldwide. She established operations, built up HR systems, and trained and managed teams spread in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and Europe.
