Throughout my previous jobs, I have acquired the skills of being a leader. I started my leadership journey at the Lebanese Girls Guide Association, where I participated in the creation of the Training Program for leaders. My experience in HR allowed me to further develop my skills in training and development. My recent achievement is the creation of the Leadership Academy, with the goal of creating a sustainable leadership development program for youth aged between 15 and 24 years. I am proud to have had the opportunity to use my skills to give back to the community and help shape the future leaders of tomorrow.
